Domain Expiration Timeline

Renewing Your Domain Through WHMCS

1. Log in to the WHMCS Client Area at https://clients.dotcanada.com/login
2. Go to Domains > My Domains
3. Find the domain you want to renew - the expiration date is displayed in the list
4. Click on the domain name to access its details
5. Click the Renew Domain button
6. Choose the renewal period (1 year, 2 years, etc.) from the dropdown menu
7. If desired, you can also renew your domain privacy protection by checking the appropriate box
8. Click Continue
9. Review your order and click Checkout
10. Choose your payment method and complete the payment process
11. Once payment is confirmed, your domain will be renewed for the selected period

Automatic Domain Renewal

To prevent accidental domain expiration, you can enable automatic renewal:

1. Log in to the WHMCS Client Area
2. Go to Domains > My Domains
3. Click on the domain name you want to set up for auto-renewal
4. Look for the Auto-Renewal option and toggle it ON
