There are 2 upload methods in the web portal, Java and Flash.
The Java method requires Java to be installed on your computer which can be done from the link below. This will check the current version installed (if any) and also check for updates:

The Flash method requires Flash to be installed on your computer which can be done from the link below. This will check the current version installed (if any) and also check for updates:

You can select your upload type by logging into the web portal; under 'Account settings' there is an 'Upload settings' section.
Please note that the maximum file size to upload is 2GB, with a maximum of 2000 items in a single drag and drop operation.
