If you don't want files to be cached on your local drive, you can simply right click on them and select "Do not keep on this computer" - that will free up space on your computer, but will mean those files can't be accessed when you computer is offline. You can also change your Ybackup Briefcase settings so that you don't automatically download any files that you've added to Ybackup from another computer. To do this, go to your Ybackup Control Panel, select Online Files, and click "Do not keep files on my computer".
