If you delete a file or folder that was been backed up, or stored in the Briefcase, it can be retrieved from our servers for up to 30 days.

 

To restore from the web portal - Backup & Briefcase:
Navigate through the web portal to the location the item was in. Ensure that under "'View Options' the 'Show Deleted' option is enabled. You will see the item greyed out and you can download it through the web portal by double clicking on it to open it, then choosing the 'Download' option. If it is in the Briefcase, you can simply restore it back to the Briefcase.

You may need to ensure you have set the view to tiles by clicking on the icon with squares arranged in a 2x3 grid to the left of the Search field in the portal.

 

Alternatively, you may wish to use the client to do this.

Within the client ensure the view is changed to show deleted items and you can then browse through the backup set to locate the files and folders on the machine you wish to restore from.

Please note that you can only download files that have been fully uploaded.
