We guarantee that our services will be available 100% of any given month.

If your web site is not available 100% of the time in any month, we will credit six-times the amount of downtime to your next billing period’s hosting fees. What this means is that if your site is down for a period of 12 hours, you will be credited on your next bill for a period of 72 hours.

Downtime is defined as our network equipment or your shared or dedicated server being down. We do not control the whole Internet, and so we cannot guarantee your ability to access your site due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e. down routers, DoS attacks, web site configuration issues, etc.).

This does not include scheduled downtime which is posted in our Announcement section.

To receive your web hosting service credit you must: a) notify Customer Service regarding your documented downtime and b) have us verify downtime.
